Shipping Policy

Upon successful purchase of any watch on our Portal, the Seller will be intimated the details of the Buyer by us and will have to directly ship the watch to the Buyer and provide shipping details to us as well as the Buyer. Normally, shipping will have to be done within 2 working days.

Seller is hereby informed to pack the watch properly to avoid any damages in transit. Please note, it’s My Time will not be responsible for any damages during shipping.

In case of a delay due to unavoidable circumstances, the Seller needs to inform It’s My Time about the delay and reason thereof. We will accordingly update the Buyer.
