Please note:
Product can be returned only within 48 hours of receipt
Refund will be initiated only after determining product not used and received back in same condition it was shipped.

Returns

• You have 2 calendar days (48 hours) to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging as it came to you.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You need to courier / deliver the watch directly to the seller.

 

Refunds

• Once the seller receives your item, and inspects it, he / she will notify It’s My Time that the return has been received.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after seller’s confirmation.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit / debit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
